FIFA-11+ Club Warm-Up

Athletic Development · U13–U19

Obj: The mandatory injury-prevention standard — the club's adapted 11+ protocol as every session's opening: compliance tracked, technique maintained, injuries prevented by appointment (4.15's mandate; 14.7's welfare infrastructure). Field: Warm-up zone. Equip: Cones, balls for the football portions. Org: The protocol's three parts, club-adapted and unvarying by design (the sameness is the fidelity): running/activation lanes (with the J-02 mechanics cues embedded — the warm-up doubles as technique maintenance), the strength/plyometric/balance core (the evidence's engine — hamstring work, single-leg control, landing quality touches, J-05's shapes revisited daily), and speed/agility finishers (with the ball where possible — the club's flavor). Coaches certified in delivery (11.2's onboarding); compliance logged per session (the tracked 100%, 4.15 — the audit that makes it real); technique within the protocol graded periodically (a sloppy 11+ is a placebo — the quality audits keep it medicine). CP: (1) Same protocol, full quality, every session (the evidence lives at high compliance — the drift to "quick warm-ups" is where injury curves bend wrong); (2) the hamstring work is non-negotiable (the highest-value minutes in sports medicine); (3) leaders rotate (players delivering segments by U15 — 7.5's leadership reps in the warm-up's frame). Prog: The protocol's own levels; club flavors refreshed annually (novelty within fidelity). Reg: Volume trims on congested weeks (never eliminations). Mist: C: sacrificing it to session-time pressure (the ten minutes that protect the ten months — 12.9's guardrail logic); letting quality decay to ritual (the periodic technique audits). Time: 10–12 min every session, permanent. Out: Compliance at 100% tracked; injury rates monitored against it (14.7's logs); availability KPIs (the 85%+) served at the root. Var: GK-adapted strand (the GK Director's version for the diving body). Diag: Three-part warm-up flow (running lanes → strength/balance core → speed finishers), compliance checkbox chip, hamstring-exercise highlight.

The 3-point rule: pick your three coaching points before the session and be ready to answer for them (Manual 5.4).
