Loaded-Movement Gateway

Athletic Development · U14–U16

Obj: External load introduced through the gates — dumbbell and goblet patterns, trap-bar where quality allows: supervised, gated, and technique-first (4.14's staging; J-08's prerequisite). Field/Facility: Field-adjacent or gym space. Equip: Dumbbells/kettlebells, trap bar where available, qualified supervision mandatory (11.2's requirements — no exceptions, ever). Org: The gateway's loads on the J-06 patterns only where their gates passed: goblet squats (the load teaches the posture), DB hinges/RDLs, DB presses and rows, loaded carries (the safest strength money in the room), trap-bar deadlifts for the pattern-cleared (the hinge's loaded graduation — bar path forgiving, spine honest). Loads conservative by policy (technique gates re-checked under load — load reveals what bodyweight hides); reps logged per player (the strength annex's data). CP: (1) The load never outruns the pattern (a wobbling goblet squat sheds weight, same set); (2) supervision is participation (the coach's eyes on every working set — the mandate's meaning); (3) strength serves speed and robustness (the WHY told to players — this is soccer training in disguise, 7.4). Prog: Load nudges by gate re-checks; J-08's barbell door at U16 where earned. Reg: Back to J-06 patterns any wobble; loads down without ceremony. Mist: P: ego loading (the logged data + gate culture disarms it); C: unsupervised "homework lifting" endorsed (never — 4.14's line is absolute). Time: 25–30 min 2×/week (4.14's blocks). Out: Loaded patterns clean; strength data begun; the barbell door approached properly. Var: In-season maintenance doses (shorter, lighter, kept — strength decays without appointments). Diag: Gateway stations with load icons on the six patterns, gate re-check badges, supervisor position marked.

The 3-point rule: pick your three coaching points before the session and be ready to answer for them (Manual 5.4).
