Obj: Driven, whipped, and bent technique deep-dive — the strike itself as engineering: contact points, spins, and flights isolated, refined, and owned (the technical bedrock under every G-session above). Field: 40×30yd open striking lanes + goal. Equip: Goal, balls (25+), cones, target sheets/zones. Org: Lab stations with flight-feedback (targets that prove the physics): (1) the DRIVEN strike (knuckling low liner — locked ankle through the equator, minimal spin, B-22's cannon refined); (2) the WHIP (across the ball's outside, the in-swinging bend — crossing's and shooting's shared engine, G-08's deliveries built here); (3) the BEND (inside-foot curl around a mannequin wall — the free-kick's civilian form, H-04's feeder); (4) the CLIP (the lofted wedge under the ball — D-06's hatch delivery and G-19's dink share this DNA). Each station: strike, watch the flight, adjust, restrike (the lab's loop is self-coaching with the coach as physicist — "what did the flight tell you?"). CP: (1) The flight is the receipt: knuckle = clean equator, slice = under-cut, hook = wrapped early (read your own receipts); (2) contact point beats swing force at every station (where-on-the-ball is 80% of what-it-does); (3) same approach angle, four strikes (disguise lives in identical run-ups — B-16's principle in the striking foot). Prog: Moving-ball versions of all four; distance ladders per strike (B-08's rungs re-run per technique). Reg: Station 1 only until contact is clean; bigger targets. Mist: P: swinging harder at bad flights (the receipt said contact, not effort); C: labs without targets (flight unproven is technique unverified). Time: 16 min (masterclass slots; individual IDP blocks). Out: Four strikes with read-your-receipt self-coaching; the club's set-piece taker pool (H-04's earned list) fed from here. Var: GK distribution lab (I-09's sidewinders and drivens — the same physics, different job). Diag: Four striking lanes with contact-point close-ups on the ball (equator/outside/inside/underside), matching flight paths (liner/in-swing/curl/clip), target zones proving each.

The 3-point rule: pick your three coaching points before the session and be ready to answer for them (Manual 5.4).
