Obj: One-touch finishing volume — the striker's bread served in waves: every service angle, no second touches, decisions pre-made. Field: Penalty area + service positions, goal + GK. Equip: Goal, balls (25+), cones, three servers. Org: Waves of finishers run patterns through the box hitting first-time finishes from rotating service angles: cutback from the right, cross from the left, slipped ball from the top — three finishes per wave, sprint out, next wave (the conveyor never stops; waves of three keep rest honest). GKs face realistic volume (I-11's reaction work simultaneously). CP: (1) The decision is made BEFORE the ball arrives — corner picked, surface chosen, body set (one-touch finishing is scanning wearing shooting boots); (2) adjust FEET to the serve, not the serve to the feet (the arrival steps are the technique); (3) miss forward — deflections and rebounds live near the goal (G-24 riding along). Prog: Serves degraded deliberately (bouncing, behind the runner — matches serve ugly, B-17's truth); defenders shadow the runs. Reg: Slower waves; two-touch amnesty rounds. Mist: P: waiting on serves to settle (the wave format forbids it — design as coach); C: perfect serves all session (comfort in, comfort out). Time: 15 min. Out: 15+ first-time finishes per player per session across angles. Var: Competition waves (teams of three, totals on the board). Diag: Box with three service arrows (cutback, cross, slip) converging on a finishing wave's three runs, conveyor rotation loop marked.

The 3-point rule: pick your three coaching points before the session and be ready to answer for them (Manual 5.4).
