Obj: The loss-reaction founded — "be a bee": instant collective chasing the moment the ball changes hands, joy attached to the reaction. Field: 20×20yd. Equip: Cones, balls, bibs. Org: 4v4 keepaway; the moment possession flips, the losing team has a loudly-counted 6 seconds ("SWARM! six-five-four...") to win it back — regains inside the count = 2 pts, making the reaction more valuable than the possession. Coaches celebrate the CHASE itself early ("great swarm!" even when unsuccessful — the habit before the outcome). CP: (1) First reaction on losing: GO, no sulk-step (the half-second of disappointment is where swarms die); (2) nearest bee attacks the ball, others chase the easy passes; (3) buzz loudly — the swarm talks. Prog: 5v5; the farthest player learns to guard the "flower" (goal/space) — the first lane-cutter seed. Reg: Coach as permanent counter (always counting, always hyping); smaller grid. Mist: P: watching the ball leave then reacting; C: punishing failed swarms (the reaction is the win at this age). Time: 10–12 min. Out: Instant loss-reactions; the six-count internalized as identity. Var: Swarm tag (no ball — pure reaction game as warm-up). Diag: Square with possession flip moment, four swarm arrows converging instantly, count "6...5...4" marked.
