Obj: Repeat-press conditioning inside the game — the honest physiology of our identity: pressing is sprinting, and the engine is trained in football clothes (J-10's principle, pressing's application). Field: 40×35yd. Equip: Cones, balls, bibs. Org: Wave pressing game: teams of 5 rotate through defending 2-minute maximum-intensity pressing shifts vs. 7 possession players (the overload guarantees the pressers chase — that's the design), then rest 2 while another five presses (work:rest 1:1, the repeat-sprint structure hidden in play). Shift scoring: possessions won per shift, posted per group. Across rounds the truth emerges and is named: pressing quality in minute two vs. minute one, measured — the fitness-tactics connection made visible to the players themselves (why the block exists, why we press on triggers instead of always, 2.3.1's economy). CP: (1) Sprint-press or don't press: 70% pressing is 0% pressing AND 100% tiring (F-04's law, conditioned); (2) recover ON the jog-backs and in the block moments — elite pressers rest inside the game; (3) the data talks: your shift's minute-two numbers ARE your conditioning report. Prog: Shifts lengthen (2:30, 3:00 — capacity building through the season per the periodization, Section 6); triggers-only pressing shifts (economy layered back in). Reg: 90-second shifts; 6v6 (less chasing). Mist: P: pacing themselves visibly (the shift is short SO THAT it's maximal — name the deal); C: separating fitness from football (the whole session's premise — no poles, no lines, just pressing). Time: 16 min (doubles as the week's high-intensity dose, load-tracked, 14.7). Out: Repeat-press capacity climbing across the season's data; the press-economy lesson internalized. Var: Match-minute framing ("this shift is minutes 85–87, we're drawing" — 2.12 under fatigue). Diag: Field with a pressing five's sprint arrows converging repeatedly, rest group on the sideline with a timer, shift-count scoreboard inset.

The 3-point rule: pick your three coaching points before the session and be ready to answer for them (Manual 5.4).
