Obj: Pressing while removing options — the curved run that attacks the ball AND closes a passing lane behind you. Field: 20×20yd. Equip: Cones, balls, bibs, mannequin. Org: Server + two targets (one behind the presser's shadow-line) vs. one presser. The presser's job: close the server while keeping the far target in his shadow — forcing the pass to the OTHER (predictable) target, where a second defender waits (the steer's payoff visible). Rotate roles rapidly. Then 4v3 live where shadow-presses that force predictable passes into interceptions = 3 pts. CP: (1) Approach on the line between ball and the man you're hiding; (2) your shadow moves with your hips — keep him behind you as you close; (3) arrive under control: a shadow at sprint-speed collapses on the first feint. Prog: Server may dribble (shadow while retreating); two shadows coordinated (E-18's seed). Reg: Mannequin as the shadowed man; walking server. Mist: P: pressing the ball in a straight line (fast but dumb — the lane opens); C: teaching this as abstract theory (the interception payoff must be VISIBLE in the game phase). Time: 14 min. Out: Curved pressing default; forced-predictable passes intercepted. Var: Striker version (I hide the pivot while pressing the CB — E-25's core). Diag: Presser's curved run with shadow-cone shaded behind him covering the far target, forced pass to the predictable side, interceptor waiting.
