Obj: Non-verbal build-out — the whole Zone 1 machine running on scans, points, and body language: proof the information systems beneath the talking actually exist. Field: Half field. Equip: Goal, cones, balls, bibs. Org: GK + 6 vs. 5 pressers, zero talking (B-26's law applied to the game's most talkative phase). All information moves visually: pointed passes, opened hips as invitations, a raised hand for the hatch call, eye contact as the pre-pass contract. Exits scored normally; any voice = possession over. The revelation the session reliably produces: builds SLOW DOWN and scan rates DOUBLE — because talking was subsidizing lazy eyes, and now the eyes must pay full price. CP: (1) Look at teammates MORE, not less — the eye-contact contract replaces the shout; (2) body shape becomes broadcast: your open hips ARE the call for the ball (B-05/C-29 cashing in); (3) pre-agreed visual codes allowed and encouraged (they'll invent them — the inventing is team-building and cognition at once). Prog: Silent D-13 playbook (code gestures for the five calls); pressers silent too (pure chess); one player granted voice as the "commander" (leadership economics — who deserves the only microphone?). Reg: Whisper rounds; violations = warnings not turnovers early. Mist: P: freezing without the verbal safety net (expected round one — the adaptation IS the session); C: using this weekly (monthly diagnostic spice, like B-26 — verbal communication remains the standard we build, 7.5). Time: 12 min. Out: Scan rates spike measurably; visual communication layer exposed and strengthened; the talking, when restored, gets more purposeful. Var: Silent-then-loud A/B rounds with exit counts compared (the data discussion afterward is the lesson landing). Diag: Build shape with eye-line dotted arrows replacing speech, pointed-pass gesture, raised-hand hatch signal, crossed-out speech bubble.

The 3-point rule: pick your three coaching points before the session and be ready to answer for them (Manual 5.4).
