Obj: Line-break scoring build game — progression quantified so the courage-to-play-forward is what the scoreboard buys. Field: 50×35yd with three horizontal lines marked (defense/midfield/attack bands). Equip: Cones, balls, bibs, GKs optional. Org: 8v8. All completed passes = live play, but POINTS come only from progressive passes: +1 crossing one line, +2 crossing two (must be to feet or a controlled run — hopeful hits score zero), +1 bonus if the receiver's next action also goes forward (chains rewarded). Backward and lateral passes are free and unlimited — never penalized (they're the loading mechanism, 2.1.1) — but they earn nothing, so the game's economy teaches their PURPOSE: to create the forward moment. CP: (1) Load-then-release rhythm: lateral passes shift them, the progressive pass punishes the shift (C-13's grammar scored); (2) receivers make progressives possible — show between lines on the half-turn (C-11's supply side); (3) the +1 chain bonus is the model's soul: forward, then forward AGAIN (2.6.1's instinct in possession form). Prog: Two-line breaks must arrive in halfspaces (C-05 merge); defenders sag deep (progressives get harder to find — the low-block preview). Reg: Wider bands; 8v6. Mist: P: forcing progressives into coverage for points (turnover data shown alongside — the economy self-corrects); C: not celebrating the lateral passes that CREATED the scored pass (name the assist-to-the-assist). Time: 16 min. Out: Forward-pass appetite with judgment; load-release rhythm visible. Var: Player progressive-counts tracked individually (feeds 7.2 passing strand and 8.7's line-break share). Diag: Field with three bands, lateral loading passes along one band, bold progressive arrow crossing two bands to a half-turned receiver, chain bonus arrow continuing forward.
