Obj: Corridor-restricted progression — building through designated vertical channels to teach lane-specific progression craft. Field: 40×30yd split into three vertical corridors (wide-center-wide). Equip: Cones, ball, bibs. Org: 7v7 end-to-end (end zones score). Rule cycle by round: Round 1 — progression passes allowed only through the CENTER corridor (wide corridors for circulation only); Round 2 — only through the WIDE corridors; Round 3 — free, but corridor-alternating progressions (center-then-wide or reverse) score double. Each restriction teaches its corridor's grammar: center = combinations through traffic; wide = touchline courage and switch preparation. CP: (1) Center corridor: third-man chains and bounces — straight dribbles die here; (2) wide corridors: receive open to the field, use the touchline as a friend not a wall; (3) free round: the corridor CHANGE is what breaks defenses — alternate the road. Prog: Defense overloads the active corridor (find the moment to abandon the restriction — coach signals amnesty); offside in end zones. Reg: Wider corridors; 7v5. Mist: P: standing in dead corridors during restrictions (circulation there is legal and vital); C: leaving restrictions on too long — 4 min max, then evolve. Time: 16 min. Out: Corridor-specific progression tools; road-changing rhythm in the free round. Var: Halfspace-corridor version (five lanes, restrictions on lanes 2/4 — C-05 hybrid). Diag: Field with three vertical corridors, round-1 arrow chain up the center, round-2 arrows up the flank, alternating route in round 3.
