Obj: Receiving between defensive units as the scoring currency — line-breaking receptions counted, celebrated, multiplied. Field: 40×30yd; defense organized in two unit-lines (4+3 or 3+3). Equip: Cones, ball, bibs, bingo board (whiteboard). Org: 7v7: defense must hold two connected lines (their compactness training runs simultaneously — E-07's twin). Attackers score by receptions between the lines (1 pt), between + turned (2), between + turned + forward pass completed (3 — "BINGO," marked on the board). Defense scores by intercepting between-line passes (their triggers live too). CP: (1) The pocket exists only when their lines stretch — circulation stretches them, then enter; (2) receive on the half-turn with the far foot (A-20's exam); (3) after the turn, the forward pass comes NOW — pockets close in two seconds. Prog: Defense may compact on a coach call (pockets vanish — attackers must recycle without panic); one-touch bingo rounds (elite). Reg: Wider line-gap mandated; passive-press defense. Mist: P: entering pockets ball-watching (arrive scanning or arrive useless); C: ignoring the defensive half of the session (their line-connection work is E-07 for free). Time: 16 min. Out: Pocket receptions with completion chains; both units trained at once. Var: Named-player rounds (only 8s/10s score — masterclass); bingo-card version (specific chains required: left pocket, right pocket, central turn…). Diag: Rectangle with two defensive lines marked, shaded between-lines band, reception + turn + forward arrow chain numbered 1-2-3.

The 3-point rule: pick your three coaching points before the session and be ready to answer for them (Manual 5.4).
