Obj: The junior lane-discipline game — C-12's little sibling installing the grid laws at 9v9 age. Field: 36×30yd, five lanes marked. Equip: Lane markers, cones, ball, bibs. Org: 6v6 with 2 neutral wingers locked to the outside lanes. Rules from the grid laws (2.8): max 2 same-team players per lane; a clean switch crossing 2+ lanes = 1 pt; 8 passes = 1 pt. Neutrals hold width no matter where the ball goes (their whole job — the pinning lesson). CP: (1) Hold your lane when the ball is far — the magnet is the enemy; (2) neighbors on different heights (diagonals appear when you stagger); (3) find the far winger's lane when the near side crowds. Prog: Interior players must arrive in the halfspace lanes to receive (pocket awareness begins); two-touch neutrals. Reg: Three lanes only (wings + middle); no lane-count rule, just the switch reward. Mist: P: whole team drifting ball-side within 90 seconds (laugh, reset, replay — it takes weeks); C: punishing lane violations with stoppages instead of letting the switch points teach. Time: 16 min. Out: First lane discipline; switches attempted deliberately. Var: Lane-scoring rotation (only halfspace receptions score this round). Diag: Five-lane rectangle, neutrals wide, staggered interior players, two-lane switch arrow.
