Obj: Delivery technique repetitions — crossing and driven service menu with quality control (the technical fuel for G-08/G-14/G-15). Field: Two wide channels along a real field's flanks + a serviced box; targets/GK. Equip: Balls (many), cones, mannequins, goal. Org: Rotating service stations, 4 min each: (1) byline cutbacks off a dribble (low, firm, behind the retreat line to the spot cone); (2) early low crosses from deep (driven across the six, in front of mannequin defenders); (3) whipped far-post deliveries off one preparation touch; (4) U15+: lofted switch-crosses to the back-post arrival zone. Receivers rotate through arrival spots finishing everything (nothing dies in the box — G-24's rule lives here). Quality gate per station: 3 deliveries meeting spec before rotating. CP: (1) Cutbacks: eyes up at the byline, pick the arriving shirt, firm along the ground; (2) early/driven: strike through the ball's middle-outside with pace — the cross IS a shot along the ground; (3) whipped: wrap the foot, deliver away from the GK's claim zone into the far-post channel. Prog: Live fullback pressure on stations 1–2; arrival timing scored with the delivery (pairs graded together). Reg: Stationary balls; no mannequins; bigger target zones. Mist: P: floaty hopeful crosses to nobody (every delivery has a named target zone); C: serving without finishers — deliveries divorced from arrivals teach half a skill. Time: 16 min. Out: Delivery menu per player logged (which services meet spec — feeds 10.3/10.7 profiles); box arrivals fed real reps. Var: Weak-foot service round (crossing off both feet is a U16 profile gate). Diag: Flank channels with four numbered stations, delivery trajectories into a box marked with arrival spots (near/spot/far/top).
