Obj: Diagonal passing into halfspace receivers — feeding the model's killing lanes (2.1.3) with the passes that unlock them. Field: 40×35yd, five lanes marked (the club grid); goals/end targets. Equip: Cones, balls, bibs, lane markers. Org: 7v6 to targets/goal. Scoring doubles for any reception in a halfspace lane between opponent units, and triples when it arrives via a diagonal from a different lane (the wing-to-halfspace and center-to-halfspace diagonals are the highways). Defenders shift as connected units, closing highways in rhythm — receivers must time arrivals into the pockets, passers must strike as pockets open. CP: (1) Diagonals beat verticals into halfspaces — they arrive on the open body (2.8.2 lived); (2) receivers arrive late and open — camp in the pocket and you close it; (3) after the halfspace reception: first look is the killer action (through-ball, cutback trigger, shot lane — Zone 3 creativity applies). Prog: Live GK + finishing; opponent shape mirrors Saturday's scout (U15+); one-touch receptions only in halfspaces. Reg: 7v5; pockets pre-marked with cones. Mist: P: wingers drifting inside and closing their own halfspace (width discipline feeds this session — C-12's law); C: rewarding the reception but not coaching what follows. Time: 18 min. Out: Halfspace arrivals timed and exploited; diagonal service range visible. Var: Positional version locked to 8s/10s/wingers (masterclass slot, 10.5–10.7). Diag: Five-lane field, shaded halfspace pockets between defender units, diagonal arrows from wing and center converging into pockets, arriving-run curves.

The 3-point rule: pick your three coaching points before the session and be ready to answer for them (Manual 5.4).
