Obj: Wave possession with switch focus: keep vs. one pressing team, transfer to the resting team, press after loss — all four moments in one rotating game. Field: Three 15×15yd zones in a row. Equip: Cones, balls, 3 bib colors. Org: Teams of 5 in each zone. Ball starts with Team A (end zone): A keeps 4+ passes vs. 3 pressers from Team B (middle zone), then transfers over/through the middle to Team C (far end); the pressing trio chases the transfer, and B's remaining pair + returning trio press C. A rests/re-shapes. Any press team that wins the ball swaps roles with the team that lost it — losing your zone's ball sends you to the middle (the six-second rule gets its natural stage: win it back before the transfer and you stay). CP: (1) The resting team is never resting — pre-shape to receive the transfer (staggered, back-foot ready); (2) transfer choice: over (clipped) vs. through (driven along the ground through the press's gaps) — read the middle team's line; (3) on loss: six seconds, full sprint — escape = your penance in the middle. Prog: 4+1 target formats; two-touch in end zones; middle team presses with 4. Reg: 6-a-side ends; unlimited transfer attempts. Mist: P: end teams flat along the back line (no depth = no through option); C: letting the middle team jog between zones — the transitions ARE the session. Time: 18 min. Out: Transfer decisions (over/through) verbalized; counter-press urgency automatic on losses. Var: Score standings across rounds (league table by zone-holding time). Diag: Three stacked zones, ball web in left zone, press arrows from middle, transfer arc to right zone with pre-shaped receivers.
