Obj: Big-grid possession with transfer logic: overload one zone, drain the defense, transfer to the released zone (C-10's passing engine). Field: 40×30yd split into two 20×30 halves. Equip: Cones, balls, bibs. Org: 8v4 possession: all 12 start in one half; attackers must complete 5 passes there before transferring to the far half, where only 2 attackers may pre-position (arrivals flood after the transfer — timing their releases early is the craft). Defenders send 2 across on the transfer; attackers re-establish before they arrive = 2 pts, then the cycle reverses. CP: (1) The fifth pass and the transfer are one thought — don't complete-then-look; (2) early releasers time runs so they receive the transfer in stride facing play; (3) transfer pass pace: firm and flat beats floaty and pretty (hang-time invites recovery). Prog: 8v5; transfer must be a third-man release (B-10 chained); pass count hidden (attackers judge saturation by feel — the real skill). Reg: 8v3; 3-pass trigger. Mist: P: everyone ball-watching the overload while nobody prepares the far zone; C: fixed pass-counts forever — graduate to picture-reading. Time: 16 min. Out: Saturation-then-transfer rhythm; early-release timing owned by players. Var: Three-zone version (middle zone transit rules — U16+). Diag: Rectangle halved, 10 players crowded in left half with pass web, transfer arrow to right half where two arrivals wait, two defenders sprinting across.
