Obj: Force scanning and non-verbal communication — when nobody can call, the eyes must work. Field: 10×10yd. Equip: Cones, ball, bibs. Org: 5v2 rondo, zero talking (violation = join the middle). All information moves by pointing, eye contact, body shape, and pre-agreed signals players invent (raised fist = third-man run coming, etc. — let them design the code, they'll remember theirs). Standard rondo scoring plus 1 pt any time the group completes a signal-triggered action. CP: (1) Since you can't hear "man on," you must SEE it — double-scan or die; (2) exaggerate body shape — your hips are your voice; (3) make eye contact before every pass (the silent contract). Prog: Silent 4v2; silent positional rondo; silent transitions (winners attack silently the other way). Reg: Whisper round as a bridge; allow pointing-with-calls first. Mist: P: accidental shouting (laugh, rotate, continue — the fun is the enforcement); C: using this weekly (it's a monthly spice, not a diet — verbal communication remains the norm we build, 7.5). Time: 10 min. Out: Scan rates spike measurably (count them — always higher than B-09's baseline); invented signals reappear in matches unprompted (delight when it happens). Var: Silent SSG finale 4v4. Diag: Rondo square with eye-line dotted arrows between players replacing speech bubbles, one raised-fist signal icon.
