Obj: Support angles and passing rhythm in the game's fundamental shape. Field: 12×12yd per trio. Equip: Ball per trio, cones. Org: Three players keep a live triangle: pass and immediately adjust position so the shape survives ("kill flat lines"). Coach calls tempo gears — "1" (two-touch calm), "2" (quick two-touch), "3" (one-touch max) — and the trio shifts rhythm without losing shape. CP: (1) After every pass, move to rebuild two passing lanes for the ball carrier; (2) receive on the back foot facing the other teammate; (3) tempo changes on the call, not gradually — gear shifts are decisions. Prog: Add a passive then live defender (triangle vs. 1 = rondo's embryo); restrict to weak foot. Reg: Fixed cone triangle first, then free movement. Mist: P: spectating after passing (flat triangle death); C: only playing gear 3 — control of tempo IS the lesson. Time: 12 min. Out: Self-adjusting triangles; audible gear discipline. Var: Two trios share a grid (traffic scanning); "silent triangle" — eye contact only. Diag: Triangle of players with adjustment arrows after each pass, defender entering center in progression.
