Obj: Receive-turn-play as one continuous action at circuit speed — turning made match-functional. Field: 20×20yd; center "turnstile" zone (5×5yd), four perimeter players. Equip: Cones, balls (2 live), bibs. Org: Two central players alternate: receive from one perimeter player, turn inside the turnstile, play to a different perimeter player, sprint out and back in for the next ball (two balls circulating keeps it relentless). Perimeter calls "turn!" when the imaginary space is open or "man on!" for a one-touch return — the call decides the action. CP: (1) Scan before receiving — know your out; (2) on "turn," receive across the body with the back foot in one motion; (3) on "man on," return firm and re-angle for the next. Prog: Live defender in the turnstile (calls become real); turns must alternate direction. Reg: One ball; no calls (always turn). Mist: P: turning into the same direction habitually; C: perimeter passes lacking pace — firm passes make real turns. Time: 12 min. Out: 25+ turn-or-release decisions per center player at speed. Var: Score version: 10 clean turns before the defender wins two balls. Diag: Square with four perimeter players, small center zone, two ball-flow arrows crossing, turn icon in center.
