Obj: Ball-mastery sequences flowing directly into finishes with either foot — technique that ends in the net. Field: 25×20yd to two pug goals (or one big goal + GK U11+). Equip: Cones, balls, goals. Org: Three stations rotating every 4 min: (1) mastery burst (5 V-cuts) → strike right foot; (2) mastery burst → strike left; (3) roll-across → open hips → finish far post either foot. Every finish alternates feet by rule. CP: (1) Last mastery touch sets the shooting angle — it's part of the shot; (2) plant foot beside the ball, head steady; (3) far-post placement beats power at these ages (G-05 seed). Prog: Passive defender closing on the strike; call-based finishing (coach calls "near/far" mid-run). Reg: Bigger goals, stationary ball start. Mist: P: weak-foot shots hit at 40% commitment — demand full swings, misses applauded; C: lines of four (run three stations, keep everyone moving). Time: 15 min. Out: 20+ finishes per player, half weak-footed. Var: Points race where weak-foot goals count double. Diag: Three stations arcing around goals, mastery-cone clusters, shot arrows labeled L/R.
