Obj: Install the club's named-move pair for the current cycle (rotating: scissors/pull-push → step-over/chop → Cruyff/stop-start → body feint/roll-over). Field: 20×15yd. Equip: Ball each, mannequins/cones, pug goals. Org: Block 1: move vs. cone at walking → jogging → game speed (3 min). Block 2: vs. passive partner walking backward (3 min). Block 3: 1v1 to small goals where the named move attempted = double goal (8 min). CP: (1) Move happens one big step from the defender; (2) low center of gravity through the move; (3) the touch after the move is the escape — explode. Prog: Defender fully live; move must beat him to the left and right sides across rounds. Reg: Slow-motion demo circle; "shadow reps" without ball. Mist: P: performing the move then stopping to admire it; C: introducing both new moves at once — one per 15 minutes. Time: 15 min. Out: Every player attempts the cycle's move 10+ times live. Var: Player-taught round (a kid demos their own invented variation — A-38 bridge). Diag: Three stations left-to-right: cone row, passive defender, 1v1 goal channel.
