Obj: Turn variety and dribbling decisions under time pressure. Field: 25×25yd with 8–10 cone gates (2yd wide) scattered. Equip: Cones, ball each, stopwatch. Org: 60s rounds: dribble through as many different gates as possible; a repeated gate only counts if entered from the other side. Round scoring is personal-best chasing, not peer ranking, for the youngest. CP: (1) Look up mid-dribble to plan the next two gates; (2) turn tightly around gate cones — inside hook, outside hook, pull-back; (3) accelerate between gates, control through them. Prog: Coach names a mandatory turn per round; add one defender who can close one gate at a time (read and re-route). Reg: Fewer, wider gates; 90s rounds. Mist: P: orbiting the same two gates; C: no rest between rounds — this is high-intensity, work:rest 1:1. Time: 12 min. Out: Route-planning (scanning) + 3 distinct turns per player visible. Var: Pairs relay; gates colored by required turn type. Diag: Square scattered with paired-cone gates, one player's dashed route threading five gates.
