Mirror Moves

Obj: Change of direction and deception instincts via shadow play. Field: 12×8yd channels per pair. Equip: Ball each (both players), cones. Org: Pairs face across a line; leader dribbles side to side with cuts, stops, fakes; mirror must copy in real time. 30s rounds, swap. Round 3+: mirror becomes "tagger" trying to touch the leader's ball across the line — fakes now have a purpose. CP: (1) Cut with inside AND outside of both feet; (2) sell fakes with shoulders and eyes; (3) explode out of every change of direction. Prog: Tagger may cross the line (live 1v1 shadow); score escapes. Reg: Leader without ball first (footwork only). Mist: P: same two moves recycled; C: rounds too long — quality dies after 30s. Time: 10 min. Out: Move vocabulary visibly grows; deception connects to escape. Var: Trios — one leader, two mirrors competing to copy fastest.
